I reached out to Mr. Favret 9 years ago to assist with an issue at my father’s house. He helped my family through the entire process. His fee was surprisingly low.
Then about 5 years ago, I contacted him again to organize my husband’s and my own affairs. Once more, he was excellent and very reasonably priced. He is always available to answer my questions. He also handled my in-laws’ will, POA, and medical directive. I highly recommend him. He’s fair, honest, and extremely helpful. I live in Columbus, OH and continue to use his services.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with him and strongly advise against anyone dealing with him or his company. He leaves family members upset and doesn’t hesitate to file lawsuits against them. His approach involves getting elderly clients to sign over their medical and financial powers of attorney to him, make him executor and/or trustee, and persuade them to donate the majority or all of their assets to local charities, universities, and even to the last people they interact with, such as doctors, nurses, or caretakers. He obtains near-deathbed signatures using one of his staff members as both witness and notary. Once the client passes away, the family members are left to prove that the deceased was under the influence of drugs and unaware of their actions. Naturally, the client is deceased by then. Do not, under any circumstances, use this firm or allow him near your loved ones!
