I was drawn to the firm due to its stellar reviews and commitment to serving a diverse clientele. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. On July 8, I completed their simple online inquiry form. By July 12, I received an email stating that someone would be in touch soon. On July 15, Leah emailed me, expressing gratitude for my interest and asking if I would be willing to watch a presentation to prepare for my initial consultation. I thought this was a fantastic idea to alleviate any anxiety and provide some foundational knowledge I might lack. So, on July 16, I responded to Leah, confirming my willingness to watch the presentation. Three days went by without receiving the presentation, so I sent a follow-up email expressing my continued interest.
It is now July 25, and I am still waiting for the presentation. This means it has been 17 days since I first reached out to Zimmer, and it seems they do not value my business. I hesitated to write this review, giving them one final chance by calling their office. Upon calling, I was greeted by a message asking, “Do you want to talk to someone at this number? (odd) If so, press 1.” After pressing 1, I was directed to voicemail. After 17 days of back-and-forth, my patience has run out. It’s time for a negative review and to look for another firm. Future clients, be cautious—if you feel sidelined, you probably are.
Incredibly meticulous and detailed. Everything is systematically organized and tidy. The staff is both friendly and highly skilled.
Zimmer Law provided excellent service for my Living Trust documents. I needed a modification before the 90-day review period ended, and they managed to complete it within a few weeks. The entire process was seamless.
