Mr. Petersen had my best interest. He actively listened and supported us through our court case. I always knew the direction we were going next and it was communicated to be within a timely manner . I am so grateful that he was willing to help and go ubove and beyond.
Jon – Marc Peterson is awful he just lies over and over. It’s like at one point regardless of your job do morals kick in. It’s pretty sad to see someone try and screw people over by fighting with lies and fighting dirty. It’s a disgrace. He should start making his wrongs right cause when this life is done he’s gonna have to answer for all his deceit. You’re not a good attorney if you have to lie and play dirty and hide things to win. Remember that. You will never be a good attorney if that’s how low you have to go to win.

Not ethical to lie just to win a case. I would Never hire this firm. The truth will come out. Mr. Jon needs to redo his ethics again
Tried to use this agency for a will. First issue is they kept calling and saying the attorney was called in to emergency hearings and needed to reschedule. Later found out they were taking family leave but thought it wouldn’t be received well so decided to lie.
Then they sent the will draft with all that private info to a strangers email. And they had really basic info wrong like the home address.
They’ve been apologetic after each mistake but overall it was not a good experience and I’ll end up paying to have the will re-done by another agency as, after so many problems, I’ve lost trust that that parts I don’t understand are without issue.

I have maybe got to talk to her for approximately 15 minutes of which 10 of it was just making sure that she had her facts right
