The absolute worst representation ever. If you value your case in any way, do not use Sarah Cooper. If I could give zero stars, I would. To start, Sarah Cooper, the attorney I paid a ridiculous amount of money for, was a no-show on my court date. I couldn’t reach her on her cell phone, and the office landlines went unanswered. As a result, I lost my case, which a much more competent attorney later informed me was a 100% winnable case if Sarah had just shown up. I later discovered that Sarah was vacationing in the Bahamas the same week she was supposed to be in court representing me. No doubt she was enjoying my retainer money. This entire firm is a complete joke from top to bottom. If you’re looking for a competent attorney, I guarantee Sarah Cooper is not the one. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

Sarah Cooper neglected to follow the ONE FAMILY ONE JUDGE RULE, either due to forgetfulness or to benefit her client. Communication was very impersonal.
