Absolutely the most horrendous experience for my work comp claim!! Three doctors confirmed I developed PTSD from a workplace accident, and my medical records had no mention of PTSD prior to the incident. Post-accident, every medical professional diagnosed me with PTSD. I waited 7 months for answers while my lawyer withheld crucial information about my case. Regarding the demand letter, I had no idea about the settlement amount or what to expect during mediation until I actually met the mediator. My average weekly wage was off by over $400!!! My own lawyer belittled me during the mediation. I was poorly represented and am still suffering the consequences a year later. My HIPAA rights were violated, there was medical neglect, and my medical records were inaccurate. They were absolutely no help whatsoever! My lawyer even accepted the insurance company’s average weekly wage without questioning it, despite me repeatedly telling him the figures were incorrect. Avoid this law firm at all costs!
